  • Mr. Seung Taek Lim is a partner and Attorney at law at Wooin Patent & Law Firm.

    Mr. Lim counsels domestic and foreign clients in regard to Intellectual Property Protection including offering guidance and opinions concerning trademark and design validity, infringement and right to use. He has managed and advised on a number of trademark portfolios for a board range of companies in South Korea.

    Prior to joining Wooin Patent & Law firm in 2018, Mr. Lim had worked for Kyungyeon Law firm as an Attorney at Law in 2013, and Shinsegi Patent & Trademark Law firm from 2014-2018 as a Patent and trademark attorney.

    Mr. Lim passed the Korean Bar exam in 2013. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Hanyang University in 2010 and Graduate Diploma in Law from Ajou Graduate School of Law in 2013.
