  Sin-Seob BAE

• Mr. Sin-seob Bae is a patent attorney at Wooin Patent & Law Firm.

  Mr. Bae served as an examiner at the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) and a trial judge at the Korea Intellectual Property Trial and Appeal Board (KIPTA) from 1996 to 2009. He brought 2 decades of experience in trademark and design examination to Wooin Patent & Law Firm in 2012.

  Based on his experience as an examiner and a trial judge, Mr. Bae concentrates on various trials and proceedings as well as responding to Office Actions against trademark/design applications. His extensive experience in legal disputes has given a high level of satisfaction for our clients.

  Mr. Bae is a lecturer in the training courses for the examiners of KIPO and the trial judges of KIPTA. He also has given lectures based on his many years of experience at KIPO to various companies.

  Mr. Bae received his bachelor’s degree of Laws from Korea National Open University in 1988.
